The manufacturer provides a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects. (1 year from date of purchase) This does not include normal wear and tear, consumable items and abuse/misuse. If there is a manufacturer defect the manufacturer will provide technical support and replacement parts if needed. Installation of parts will need to be performed by the end user as there currently is no North America based service center. We do not offer exchange or refund.

Ensure Safe Operation - Voltage Conversion
The device is shipped from Korea with a built-in 110V system; however, it comes with a Korean round-style plug. Simply attach a North American adapter to the plug. No transformer is needed.
